It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, adultdvdx.com is not obliged to accept your order.

All orders made by you through adultdvdx.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Adultdvdx.com will ship to selected countries outside France. Also, certain countries have laws and regulations on the type of goods allowed, it is the customers responsibility to check that the goods ordered are allowed to be shipped to the country you choose your order to go to.

If you choose to have goods sent to any destination outside France, you are further confirming that you have checked the laws regarding the country of destination the goods are going to and that these goods are legally permitted in that country.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from us. If an item is unsuitable when you receive it, provided it is returned in accordance with distance selling rights as detailed below in its original packaging and hygiene stickers are unbroken and not tampered with, we will be happy to refund the item. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, love aids, creams, sprays, latex and underwear, once opened, used or worn these items cannot be exchanged, refunded or credited unless faulty. Whilst we will deal with returned items as quickly as possible, please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for returned products. When returning any product please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting, this may be required by us, in the event of non receipt of your returned items.
