Do you accept international orders ?

We welcome International orders. Our titles are "Regional Code" free or "Regional Code 2", this information is provide on the DVD product information. As an International customer, you are responsible for paying any duties, customs or tariffs on the products when the product arrives in your country. All sales are calculated in Euros. We do not devalue cost of goods. We are not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs. Customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments. We are not liable for La Poste Service shipments that are lost. For certain countries have a habit of confiscating adult material. We are not responsible for customs seizures, fees, and fines and are the responsibility of the receiver. We can special pack the movies as you request to reduce the potential of problems, but cannot guarantee shipments to any country based upon customs problems.

You may be asked to fax or scan your credit information. This is a one time inconvenience. The only information that we need to see is a photocopy or a scan of the front/back credit card and your credit card bank statement showing your billing address. We can accept driver's license, passport and bank/credit card statements, utility bill. Please black out any information that is private. The information you send us is being used to protect our customers from the large volume of international credit fraud. We use this information to verify your account. Once your account is verified you will not have to provide this information again.



How do you ship ?

Our standard method of delivery is Colissimo Suivi Mail 2-7 days, for European customers, under normal circumstances, and La Poste International Priority Air Mail 4-10 days under normal circumstances, for International customers. These shipments are delivered Monday - Friday.

Our Express method of delivery is Chronopost (FEDEX) 1-4 days, for European customers, under normal circumstances, and 2-5 days under normal circumstances, for International customers. These shipments are delivered Monday - Friday.

Orders that are received before 12:00 AM Paris Time (France) Monday - Friday (excluding legal Holidays) for products designated as "in stock" will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 12:00 AM Paris Time (France) will usually ship the following business day. If your order is placed at exactly 12:00 AM Paris Time (France) then our shipping department will decide if it will be possible to ship your order that same day or if it will have to wait until the following business day. Orders ship from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding legal Holidays.

La Poste International Priority Air Mail service is NOT guaranteed. This means that if the package is lost, arrives damaged, or vandalized we will NOT send you a replacement order at no cost to you.

For your privacy, all our mailings come in sealed, unbreakable bubble envelop or box without any indication of content.



Has my order shipped ?

To Check your Order status, you need to send us an email to orders@adultedvdx.com by giving the Order number and date.



How do I cancel an order ?

To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive, Monday - Friday between 10 am-5pm (Paris Time, France), either by mail, at orders@adultedvdx.com, or through telephone, at +333 88 39 33 49, and they will give you further information. Orders already ship can not be cancel.
